This Way Up

I've built the HGLW kit that I bought last year and it made a nice week project. Most of that time was waiting for glue or paint to dry. Tools used were a knife, sanding block, pva glue mostly with a few mods to the electrical setup so it wasn't attached to the body too.
It's got the 4w drive chassis but it's a bit tight so I've gone back to 2wd and I would use a Delrin chain rather than band drive if I do another.
Super little kit that almost falls together.

One evening to build the chassis.

Day two
Two primer coats then yellow on the bufferbeams followed by a black topcoat.
In between I assembled the body.

Day three saw multiple coats of primer followed by sanding and I built an extra cradle for the batteries and switch, the only mod to the kit.
