Transmitter is from RCTrains
The receiver/esc is a Deltang RX65
Battery power is from a 20v Ryobi Lithium pack stepped down to 13.5v via a buck converter. Have tried as high as 18v but its too fast. Have also used small 3s lipos that can fit inside Thomas's cab, but they don't run for long.
I left the track pick ups installed so I can still run the engine off a transformer if I want to.
I'll be adding a sound card and head light eventually. Been a fun hobby so far.
