Merry Christmas all :D

So As the title says, a recent purchase of an LGB 20761 isn't behaving as expected... Turns out its factory chipped which i didn't know at the time of purchase, and runs correctly on DCC, but on analogue, it'll only run in reverse, no forward motion? Anyone come across this before sort of issue in the past?

:)

Seen that sort of thing happen when trying to use a pulsed DC controller with a chipped loco (an older decoder), but if you've got other chipped locos that behave themselves on the same analogue controller then that's less likely to be the problem. Are you running pure DC? Try a different analogue controller just to be sure?

The first go was on a bachmann basic controller as supplied in their thomas sets (was out on the test track) and then I tried an LGB .5 amp standard controller from starter sets. Both controllers gave same result, and both controllers are known good ones.

Tried it on my lokprogrammer inbetween and it worked fine in both directions. CV 29 was set up as analogue and DCC.
