can any one tell me the good and bad parts of this loco, I am thing of buying one
If you are new to live steam you might find this a bit frustrating. They can be got to work reasonably well with patience but I would treat them as an impressive static model.can any one tell me the good and bad parts of this loco, I am thing of buying one
Yes, it can become brittle and leak, I have one and obtained a new tank from one of the smaller model steam suppliers many years ago, but I forget who.Wasnt there something with the gas tank..?
No coach set then?WOW , have the Rocket, it is a lot bigger than I thought, lovey condition , have been used but keep well in the original box with 26 foot of track, new metal gas tank, real happy hope to fire it up and run this weekend
Didn't someone make some on this forum a little while ago?Oh another thought, I have seen a ‘Rocket coach’ on Thingiverse, it would need re scaling to 3.5 inch, I may try to print one over the winter.

would like to have 1 or 2 but not going to pay £200 just for one
Always worth a try, but they are in demand as many sets were loco only and some coaches I know have been used for mods to different types of coach or wagons.Less than £200 . . . and maybe worth trying a lower offer?
