The West Well Lumber Co. must have one !

I would be willing to print you the tank ,frame and pump for cheap but the shipping from us would me insane. But if you know someone with a 3d printer the files can be downloaded from cult3d.com for 8.00 us

Thank you for the thought. I might be able to persuade someone who has one. I'll get back to you. Do you have a link to the actual file on cult3d.com or a search description ?

Edit - Found it ! https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/west-side-lumber-coffin-tank-car

Interesting, so, not for carrying coffins but a fuel tanker, neat little pump on the end :D Silly me, there I was thinking it was to cater for some upcountry disater, still want one for the roster. It appearance reminds me of the brake tenders that were used when early BR diesel locos were used to work old "unfitted" (unbraked) goods stock. They did not possess the capabilities of a steam loco in that department. Hence one, heavily ballasted for adhesion, with the extra brakes, would head a loco.

Is anybody UK based on here with the right 3D printing kit willing to do print of the file I have a link to here ? I have no idea how to go about finding a commercial facility, I suspect there are many. Had a quick look and found it a bit confusing, any suggestions as to a reliable commercial supplier to contact ?

Naturally I would be happy to pay a proper commercial rate for this job. I have some idea of costs from purchasing detailed and complex multipart prints of 1:76 London UndergrounD stock. I'd reckon material terms alone the coffin tank, in hollow form, is equal to 2 of those. Your help or avise use would be most wellcome.

This is the print file source - West Side Lumber Coffin Tank Car

I'm working on a upgraded version to the coffin car so a larger battery can be placed in the tank. The shorter version in 1.29 inches (33mm )high and the new version is 2 inches high (50mm)
