Gluing passenegers in place

Ok, whats the best glue to use to glue passengers to the seats on an LGB coach?

Hot glue?, Silicon sealant?

Blue-tac is pretty good and removable. Also, many use silicone - again because it is removable.

On my Playmobil exhibition layout I glue the passengers to the seats using a hot glue gun.

I concur with the previous posts, I've used Blu Tac for years with LGB.
During my recent efforts with cheapo Chinese coaches and figures I chose to use a hot glue gun that I brought when it was on special offer at Aldi. I did find the hot glue a little stringy, probably due to my inexperience in its use, but it was easy to remove the stringing afterwards.

Or, you can small tubes of silicone at a chandlery

Isn't the stuff you buy from chandleries Polyurethane based, as silicone based ones don't last as well?

I buy tubes from Wilkos and take care to pick tubes with a screw cap on the end which reseals the tube,

And I use a decent dispencer:love:

Silicone, Blu-Tac, chewing gum anything that is to hand and that is easily removable if you need/want to have a change

cut a peasce off insulation tape, cover the end off the nozzel with the tape, sealing it, the sillicon cures by the air.. you might get a bit going off in the end off the tube, but its easly poked out after 6 months

I use Bostik Sticky Dots - generally cutting the dots in half, then use 2 halves per figure.

I find them really good as the can be peeled of to recover the figure and leave the coach as new - and they are also transparent.

Typically I use 2 halves, but some of the heavier figures need more.

I haven't found any brand of sticky dots to be superior another...

I don't buy any product, not that im tight, i raid wifey's toolbox for dollshouse Tacky wax it's really good and removable
