No, you just need a bit more experience with Deltang gear. Phil and I have been using the equipment for quite a few years. We started off without any knowledge or experience of it once ......

Thank Rik I try to set the LVC when wife come home, This the loco I trying to use Piko it was with its own TX and RX run a 6v , will a small 7.2v or 11.1v lipo burn it out ? just the TX ans RX changed with mylocosound card

A 7.2v Lipo should be fine. You just adjust the throttle to suit.

I think I have done it , the loco runs well, It runs better with a 7.2v battery ,
