Wanted LGB Schöma parts

Hi all, I have recently purchased a rather sad looking little Schoma loco along with a spare if rather damaged body shell.
I am in need of the following items if anyone has them. 1 x cab roof, 1 x airtank, 1 x sandbox 1 x control panel top and 3 x cab steps. (I can still find the steps new, but seemingly only in Germany with silly postage or in America with eye watering postage.)

I have two Schoemas that I have restored over the past ten years or so. Sorry, but the only sources of which I am aware are in the US. I've seem most of those parts on eBay. One eBay seller breaks those locomotives on a regular basis. You can look under "G Scale LGB Parts". There are some stores such as Train LI which ships from Germany and Only Trains. Sorry about the postage. It's not very good anymore in the US, either.

If anyone has a couple of the handrails by the steps please, I could do with some.

Although I do like the brass ones in gnm109's photo....

Most of the ones on both of mine are damaged. I was impressed with the brass ones in gnm109's photo, so i'm probably going that route too as the originals are very flimsy, even if you can find em..
NB: I bit the bullet and ordered most of the parts I needed from Germany. Still need a roof and one wheel mounting bolt though (M2.5) thread.

I will try to find time to have a rummage in my parts boxes. I think I might have a roof, horn, windows and some other body parts. Maybe some steps, I'm not sure about the rest.

If you do find a roof, please let me know. Also still looking for a bolt on wheel bolt or two, or a whole wheel set. Some fool had superglued one wheel in place.

Well a big thank you to Phillip... I now have the correct bolts and star washers...
Now does anyone know the best way to get hardened super glue out of the threads on the axle?
The wheel came off relatively easily, but the internal thread on the axle is proving difficult to remove. Any ideas, much appropriated.
Also the two brass power connections are missing. If anyone has a pair of those I'd be very interested. (Same as the clam shell Stainz.)

You can 'melt' superglue, to clean things out a little.. - Them run one of your old screws up it..

An OLD soldering iron tip will usually do the job. Avoid the fumes!
Oh, and do not get hot superglue on your skin! :eek::eek: Don't ask.. :sweating::cry:
