The track has been cleaned. All point ends have been cleaned with a thin wire brush. Working well.

Hi Duncan,
Very nice picture show of your busy Railway! Amazing how much you can realize in a limited area. There are points everywhere you look, even with very short sides towards rock or gravel mounts! This makes it nice looking busy, with a lot of (yet) unused parking space.
You did not use a track at a higher level along the fences yet. But you could realize that relatively easy when using an elevator alongside one of the longer fences. I did it in my garden room using 4 levels of 1 foot wide board with double track on each board (see picture). If you're interested you can check it out in my (E-) book "Our Model Garden Railway" published on Amazon.
