repainted stainz

Garden Railways, Model making
hi
I have not kit bashed my latest stainz but just altered it slightly and repainted it because the grandkids insisted that it stayed green .at the same time I converted a crane to be used as a yard crane I nicked its chassis so as to finish off my other new crane ( the yellow one) and used as a match truck .so now I have the best of both worlds

I hope to get a bit more running time before the builders move in to sort out my roof

Y'see, I would love to do this to one of my Stainzes, but they are all in reasonable condition, and me and a paintbrush don't get on very well together, well, I don't think we do. What I should attempt is getting a bashed about Stainz and have a go at that. I would love to turn out summat like what we are looking at here, excellent work, some nice touches as some of you point out

Very smart. Gives me the incentive to do something similar with my own.

hi
thanks for your kind comments believe me I have made a lot of mistakes in the past Cyril and like you I was a bit hesitant to have a bash but it is worth it in the end ( practice makes perfect ) and I still get it wrong sometimes .
