This is the little "T1 style shorty" Railcar that I'm currently in the process of buying..... a full scratchbuild on a USAT motor block. It does not come with the bicycle flat car.....

Not wishing to hijack the thread, but this is a Shoema Conversion by Andy Rush of Ruschbahn fame. Has an additional Pony Wheel to be a 2-4-0.
