Hsb Fahrradwagon. (cycle Transporter)

Wrong end of the earth.

can't get the wrappers off :)

wagon's shaping up BTW - looks like a quality kit

Nah!
Dig a hole in the ice, deep enough that the polar bear can't climb out..
Put a circle of peas around the edge of the hole..
Hide behind the pile of ice from the hole, and wait for a polar bear..
Polar bears love peas (apparently). So when one smells them it will come over to the hole..

Wait until it stoops for a pea..
THEN,

You kick it in the ice-hole!
:p:rofl::rofl::rofl:

That is serious thread drift - I thank you!

My defence is there is (at times) enough cold and snow on the Brocken for polar bears.. AND even in the right (should that be top?) hemisphere! ;)

One has to ask - where the heck did you find that. (I know, on t'internet)!

Back to the subject-
I fitted the corner post angles and the T irons today.
Lining up the T irons was tricky but a cloths peg helped.

and finishing off the underside. The two small circles are the locating posts for the LGB single axle trucks, DSCF0422 (Small).JPG

Tonight I added the end steps. I can't see why a bike wagon needs these so I imagine they are a legacy from the wagons original use.

Then I assembled the gates. The main gate bit is one piece from the milled styrene - I had to build up the U channel either side from flat sheet.

and I finished off the bike racks - just a little straightening of the wire needed to make the top loops even.

A loose assembly to have a look at what it all looks like.
