Lots of testing was does , during which i made me self a crane for the dock , far from finished just put in postion for pics :clap:

That looks rather good, and presumably the 1:1 scale cat seems to think so too!

Is the quayside all wooden construction? (and where was the model boat obtained from..)

If we ever have a day when it is totally dry, I'll be starting work on my dockside area and its associated branch line as well.

Only the black edges are wood this time around

The Boat is a George Turner Kit , very kindly given to me by Netty ( Dave ):clap:

Now that's set me thinking. I've got a big pond crying out for a dockside setting! ;)

I've also got a 1:1 cat - and it's using my new planter as a toilet. :'(

Like dock and the "cut of your jib sir!" Looks great Steve. I could do with a new dock (or is that Doc?) - but have not done anything with what I started four year ago! Liked your boat refit too.

Steve, can you add a photo of how the pulley is made (is that a toothpick?) and attached to the jib? I'm not looking to pinch your idea :D just intrigued. I bought a Playmo ship & crane which are just waiting for a canal to appear...ooooh I feel a backache coming on.
