Wanted Accucraft Wheels

Phil, they look the correct size, however all my Bachmann wheels seem to be 30mm
I've got both (actully three if you include 24.5 mm wheelsets) sizes of Bachmann wheelsets - the "Finescale" I posted about, 1:20.3 Finescale 32.5Mm Wheel Sets (4/Card) [88071] - $42.00 : Bachmann Trains Online Store and "Standard", Standard Metal Wheel Set (4 per card) (Large Scale) [92421] - $32.00 : Bachmann Trains Online Store. The "Standard" ones are the same diameter as the common LGB freight and passenger wagon wheelsets.

Those wheels are a form of bifurcated spoke, not Mansell :nerd::nerd:

It may be that the 4-wheel coaches had different wheels to the bogie coaches.

A bit of research is required - Northsider's yer man :nod: but I think he's gone on a retirement world cruise and may be gone some time :think:
Paradise got it right: they will be the same as the E (brake) van.
And speaking of paradise...20220918_173953.jpg

Is all this conversation about boats and islands true drift ;)

As the original question has been answered, I think the thread has been cut adrift. It is now a Flying Dutchman thread, turning up out of the blue every now and then...

Just to bring this thread momentarily back on topic, an update:

Just a thought - I used to have a set of these coaches, they have 2 different coupler height mount holes drilled in the ends. Have you got the right wheels but the couplers in the wrong hoes for thr rest of your stock ? Max
Yes the coupling were different heights, so that was brought in line, however still out:
Let us be done with this confusion! :tmi:

IOM E guards van (presumably the same as the 4 wheeled coach).

IOM G van (the van with port holes)

The wheels fitted to the green coach were only 30mm
Maybe these are what you are looking for. Bachmann 88071 (92421) 1:20.3 FINESCALE 32.5MM WHEEL SETS (4/CARD) 2 PAIRS NEW 22899880716 | eBay I bought one set of these a few years ago. They are slightly too large to fit LGB coaches. They drag on the brake shoes molded on most LGB trucks. By the way, these seem much better made than the typical Bachmann G scale metal wheelsets. The ones I got have no wobble at all.
A pack of 32.5mm diameter wheels were ordered, Saturday, and arrived today. About 0.4mm smaller in diameter, so acceptable, however the was an extra spacer fitted under the axle boxes, so once both coaches were set up the same, success. So many thanks to the forum for their input, and back to the drift ;)
