The Woodlock Line

Excellent day today, with a visit from @dunnyrail. A few hours at my railway, and then to my dad's just down the road. 2 railways in one day. It's nice to let others see your railway occasionally. Though I'm not sure my running practices (relax and watch) are the cup of tea for John :)

Additionally, the shelves came, so all my locomotive fleet can come down from the loft tomorrow! Can't wait!

Yes was a lovely day, great to see both railways that have had good exposure to the forum. Was a hot one though Pauls Dad’s place did have a refreshing wind around. The pic of me on the ground was using my phone to measure the gradient to the side of his line, a surprising 1:13 which probably explains why trains mostly go down hill at that point! Wish I had a secret rock stash near me like Paul has. Oh and the pub was very good as well with an offering of excellent Ossett beer….yum.
