No trains today, but I have secured the tunnel rocks in place around the tunnel, and ballasted the track. I now just need to paint the tunnel mouths but it has been too wet, oh, and to devise a door for when trains are not running.

Yeah, its just working out how, so that it actually looks good, rather than a lump of wood on a hinge........ bag of sand for now.Yep - looking really good. And yes, you need that door, otherwise Bugs B might escape!
oh, and to devise a door for when trains are not running.
A block of coloured (with paints etc) polystyrene packing, shaped for a snug fit is a cheap and effective solution.
