I know alot are on 45mm rails but here are a few photos of my just completed 16mm scale 32mm gauge layout. It has taken around 8 months to get to this stage

Which station building? one is a Lineside delights the other was an ebay find and came with 5 other buildings for £50 and is an old pendlebury kit.
they are cut up bachmann ones. I cut the bottom 'rung' of the pylon away to keep the height then took the middle insulators away

The Digger is an old 1:25 scale ERTL kit (plastic airfix type) from america. Its actually a John Deere bucketed tractor.

The VW micro bus is an off the shelf 1:18 diecast model fitted with a basic £25 IP chassis.
 
Very nice, love the spiral - but that's a bit more Ffesterbahn than Tal-y-llyn!! ;)

Keep it coming, it really looks great, despite the funny gauge......:D:bigsmile:
 
A good looking railway. It looks like its been there longer than 8 months.
My railway, after 6 months, still looks like the "old" pic but with track!

I spotted the length of standard gauge track in picture four. Are you having transporter wagons? Any pictures? :bigsmile:

In picture six the signal post looks mighty tall - pity the poor lampman :rolf: :rolf:

Great line! And the tall signal? I remember the approach to Armley (Leeds) station - in a cutting with numerous overbridges - a pair of signal posts well over 60 feet tall! And I like the engine "wreck" too - reminds me of Gladstone (Oh Mr Porter). Enjoyed looking at your pics.
 
Our next door neighbour donanted the signal, Its meant for 5" gauge as he modelled the GVT in that gauge. He is now 7 1/4" and has the first ever romuals.

I have a RH L&M loco on the way and thanks to Mel I now have some standard gauge siding ends! I have a transporter wagon and a milk flat.

It's official - I'm jealous :'(. Any chance of posting pics of your transporter wagon and milk flat in situ?? :thumbup:
