I have been contemplating an extension to the Oxney Island Line for a while now and have accumulated a bit of track as bargains presented themselves (few and far between). I put in the pointwork from the storage link line (to the shed) last year but now with a bit better weather its time to dig.

This is the shed link

Its a Rugens - it can pull. This lot was no problem.

It just squeezes under here. I need to replace the decking and the brace beneath with something thinner to give clearance for the Piko Kammel (180mm acording to Kentkeith)

The Mallet testing clearances in the cutting. The right hand side is rocks but the left side will need stabalising - its just soil.

Alan, great video but where DID that flying saucer come from? Can't remember seeing it before......

That bridge and the un supported track need sorting Alan.Must be a bit hairy when that 2-10-2 goes over it. Evjoyed the ride and the looonnnggg curves
