The PW Yard at Sheringham now has a turning Wye at its entrance.

Useful for turning Plant Vehicles like the Matra Crane and the Unimog used by the Track Gang....

Looking good Gary, been a long time since we've had an update on your line. I like that spur off of the wye, makes it look like the line used to extend further, like the spur at Horsted Keynes on the Bluebell Railway.

That's exactly the effect I wanted to achieve Tim!

I was thinking placing a tunnel mouth with a mirror behind it, at the end of the siding, suggesting the connection to the rest of the railway network.... :thinking:

The solution?

Recovery using the Matra Crane, summoned from Weybourne.

However, the crane is at the wrong end of the train and is facing the wrong way....

NOt a problem though, as the whole train can be turned on the Wye nearby at Sheringham PW Yard.

The Kof propels the train into the Wye....

It's a tight squeeze into the siding, as some Road/Rail Plant vehicles are stabled down at the end by the buffers, but the train just fits past the point blades....
