The Claptowte Railway milk vans - the cream of the crop

when it comes to designing milk wagons all my ideas have evaporated,,,,,, ;) ;)
 
As we know the basics, from your other conversions..

Perhaps this ought to have been a condensed version!

That is the whole point..it's spelled Claptowte Railway... it's pronounced 'clapped out railway', the glory of the English language.

Well here it is at last. Despite all the cheesy dairy related comments above, I thought I would butter you up by posting a picture of the `udder one`, as it has been called. I have completed the second of the two milk vans for The Claptowte Railway. I must admit it was a daunting prospect, having cut and glued in all the individual slats in the louvres of the first van, to go thorough all of that a second time. Hey ho, I knuckled down and got on with it and here is the result, the two completed milk vans.

Milk van No 35 was one of the rake of 5 wagons that I submitted into the rolling stock category of the G Scale Society modelling competition at G-Rail 2016.
