Despite a busy week made time today to run my new hoppers from Steve, thank you,I made new couplings from strips of copperclad I will add more detail later when I ever get time, but the hopper train is getting impressive up to 27 cars now,

I also got a chassis for a small porter loco, and USAT loco wheelsets from Resin de etre' thanks to you both as well,I spent the day switching hoppers and filling the yards up, the Wiffler driver was busy

hi so u can draw a plan of layout and take some picture and posted here or use paintwork shop?
 
I had a change of plan today it was too hot to rebuild the branchline connection, till late afternoon, so I planted potatoes and beans, then decided to make a little building,

I had a single socket and some plastic drain pipe and found a roll of fopil tape so had a little play about

I also started on the new gradient up to the branchline,a lot of curves and gradients to work out

like that long straight you have I have no ground level that I can use as the slope and shape of here prevents its use,
That's a easier one to spot :thumbup: The flat car with gen's didn't show the writting very clearly Newyork Central forgot i had it will have to add it to pics in the furtue a bit like Where's Wally :bigsmile:

I got the connection remade to the branchline and ran some trains there,

As you can see there is still alot of repairing to do after the loggers have left,
today was very wet so when the deluge finally came went indoors

Not caught up with what you've been doing for some time, Pete. Just gone through everything and am massively impressed - Great modelling, bashing, trackwork and photos - really enjoyable.
 
Looks like you had a bit of a storm with all that rain you need a rain gauge on one of those hopper cars , have had no rain here for ages but it has been very windy so no trains this week end for me .
