South Staffs Xmas Indoor Meet

Spent a few hours at the South Staffs Xmas indoor meet today at Codsall Wood . Very busy with a good selection of stock running including live steam & battery and a few Xmas trains . Heres a few pics

I had a chance to run my MOW train the power car diesel sound unit sounded really good as it ran round .

I'm from Albrighton which is 2 miles from Codsall Wood the G Scale Society meet on the last Sunday of each month in the winter months next meet now is January 29th 2012 no meet in December .

Hi Phil the layout was built by the West Midlands group many years ago, has been at Codsall Wood now for about 5,6 years the shuttle line has now been made into a full circuit for live steam running .

I know what you mean about the live steam antics i'm just glad i never had mine in steam . Didn't seem to stick to the time table with too many of them running at once .
