The last few weeks I painted the carriage with Tamiya XF-5 Flat Green. Seeing some nice results here on the forum with plastic halfround beads I did give that a try. Bought a sheet of self-adhesive plastic 'diamonds' (though they are just half balls, not too noticeable diamond surface) in the local discount store. The sheet holds 1080 ' rivets' for only 1,50 euro!
