Is that green Beck "Anna" yours, Henri? If so, I must have missed some posts when you got it! Looks lovely, and seems to run well (if a little fast, like most live steamers unless you have something like a SloMo device or a really heavy train to slow it down a bit).....

The owner converted it to RC. Very nice!!

Ah, yes, I've just watched the video again on full-screen - and now I can see the RC linkage to the regulator knob on the steam dome! Very neatly done, probably makes it a much more controllable little loco!

So an update is needed here. Rabbit Hill Tramways has been dismantled a few months ago due to drastic garden redesign. I had to lift all tracks and dismantle the bedding.

The new garden does have space for a new layout, although smaller in size unfortunately. I’ve learned from my noob errors, like s curves. The new design uses R3 points only. The two curves are slightly larger then R1 (flextrack). I love flextrack as I can go wild with my fantasy to have no tracks parallel to each other.

Yes I like this new layout already!
DC only, orange LGB switchbox to power sections when needed.
Maybe a pendel setup later on both sidings.

Trespa base upon a brick wall. Roofing tar ‘mats’ will go on top to serve as base for the Rowlands mix.
