Funny you should mention that, I'm on my second one as I hit the first too hard wiv a big 'ammer and bosted it :eek: (impact driver, not a coach).

Isn’t it just Soddes Law? The two new coaches I purchased from Springbourne Toys and Trains (very quick service and well packed) are simply pristine but I intend to maul them severely.
There is not a blemish and for the first time ever all the decals are straight. Trouble is they are dark red and I want them green and cream.

Why? Everyone, especially preserved railways take what they can get.
Ask Stockers about 'that' image, he's quirky enough to have it on his hard drive. You are right, Dave and quite too many others don't come back. Saddeninig, but there again we have quite a few newbies (and I'm pleased to see several of the fairer sex) so there is hope for us yet.

Why? Cos’ they are marked TB, they are plum coloured and I am in the throes of repainting the first 2 green and cream. :-O
