Phase 3 ? The Koi Pond.

Wow! That is some development. Nice use of rocks and the bridge looks just the ticket.:clap:

Trust you didn't get a hernia! Superb job all round - its going to be a fabulous garden too:thumbup:

Anyway the pond is still not finished and because of the hose pipe ban, won't at the moment.

You are allowed to use a hosepipe to fill or maintain a domestic pond/ornamental fountain where fish or other aquatic animals are being reared or kept in captivity. If that requires that you finish building the pond first I think that's a justifiable excuse. We'll all stand by you in court if it helps.

Awesome

Just fantastic.....at least there's someone else around just as mad as me.....

Wish though, I could easily get hold of the type of rocks that Tony has used - I've had to settle for recycled driveway from my neighbours.....

Fantastic looking rockery love the bridges

Thanks everyone for all your kind comments.
The reason for the herringbone strutting was because I only ordered 3 @ 4.8m 200x50s.
I almost did pull a hernia, whilst moving the rocks. Had to leave them for a few weeks!
Work does get in the way!!!

Tony...

The pond is now finished. took a bit longer because of all that rain we had...........
Now can re-start work on the railway.

Thank goodness for those pictures, I'm not the only one with a rubber duck marginal interest
In that last photo I can see an emergency pond replenishment bottle, highly commendable if a tad small :rolf: seriously though, my pond level has dropped quite a bit over the last 3 days as it hasn't rained (!), been warm and breezy plus I think the pondside plants draw a lot of water through their roots in the felt pondliner cover.
