Missing photos from old thread

I was going to link a current posting to my thread where I showed how I motorised rolling stock to help trains attack my heavy inclines.
The last time I did this, the photos were all ther, but now the thread exists but the photos have disappeared.
The 2011 thread is:

Re:Beavercreek needs the motorising some rolling stock to 'help' weak locos up slopes. That is probably correct. The Mallets are geared fairly low - should be better for pulling but obviously, no top speed. as you say - like the originals. Adding weight to LGB should not be a problem. So...

I see plenty of pictures... are you NOT using https:// to access?

Yep, I am using https://
Photos appear on page 3 of the thread (the one that you gave the link to) but not on page 1 (the one with multiple photos of the build) or page 2.
See if you can see the photos on page 1 and 2

It was a normal post with attached photos. Page 1 and part of page 2 of the thread were the photo heavy pages as they showed the steps of the build and how to incorporate the motors seamlessly into the cars..
Shame if it has gone... but that's progress
 
Not sure if I am reading things correctly but as far as I can see the oldest image in the Media section is from September 2015 so if it was linked from there then it's been purged.

The original thread started in 2011 (page 1 and some of page 2)
 
Well, seeing as Paul has not stepped in, it probably just another thread that has been broken by progress. :(
 
I have had a look at this and the missing images are unfortunately lost, for some reason they did not carry over from the first version of GSC when the software was upgraded years ago, if you still have the originals only thing i can suggest is edit the posts and upload the images again.

Sorry about this, i only deleted the last backup of that old site last year, so for sure do not have the original images folder any more.
