Massoth 8156001 and LGB55015p

I picked up this earlier thread and tried to follow the points below but to no avail
1) Hook up the two wires from the digital central and the two wires from one switch motor according to illustration 4 on page 9 in the manual.
2) Program CV2=77 (to unlock the decoder)
3) Program CV32 = 5 (output 1 becomes adress 5)
4) Program CV34 = 6 (output 2 becomes adress 6)
5) Program CV36 = 7 (output 3 becomes adress 7)
6) Program CV38 = 8 (output 4 becomes adress 8 )
7) Program CV2=0 (to lock the decoder)
8 ) Unhook the wires from the digital central and the switch motor

Can someone share the steps with keystone steps using the handheld 55155p.

I connect the programming unit to the track side of the MTS and the other wires to the DCC input on the massoth switch.
I power up the transformer.
The display shows C--
Do I enter 2 display shows d-- then 77 and > followed by 32 then 5 > etc as above, or do I select the halt button to change the display to P--?
When is use P-- and enter 2. It changes to d-- I enter 77 >. If I then try and enter 32, I am only able to enter 2 and the display changes to d 2, so it all then goes wrong.
I now probably have a corrupted switch so don't know how to reset it using a LGB55015p.

I tried all that! What is interesting is when I complete the programming of the LGB55025 and press > to store, I get feedback from the points as they operate. But when I connect it back to normal working and try to operate the points I get no response. Can I check somehow to see if the 55025 is getting a signal to operate as well as check to see if a condition is be output from the A terminal. I am obviously programming it as I get the feedback but can't seem to operate it.
With the 8156001, there is no suggestion I get any feedback so don't know if it is programmed or not despite completing the process in the book.
 
Sorry if I sound daft but did you wire up (paper clip) the programing side of the decoder whist programing?
 
Nothing is daft! It's like I am checking my own spelling mistakes so anything will help. Yes I did loop the 55025, do I need to insert a programming loop on the massoth?

It could be a while before I get to duplicate what you are doing (possibly in Arthur Aardvark's company) due to family circumstances, but are you using MTS 2 or MTS 3 ?

I see you are form Okehampton - Arthur and I are in Exeter, so if all else fails we can probably do a reset (and set the numbers) on the 8156001 using a PC at one of our open days. Again holidays (aside from my own personal circumstances) etc mean it may not be instant but I would like to think we (well, Arthur more than me) can get you sorted.

The MTS central Station is LGB 55006 which I believe is 3. Awesome, I thought I was alone in south west. Let me know your open days and will happily pop in. Thanks
 
Richarra100 I have been looking at your experiences with the 55025 switch module as you did in 2014 I have the problem that when selecting the switch function and selecting 1 when I press the arrow buttons the train stops running. I have experimented a bit more and found this happens on all addresses up to and including 12 after that it does not affect the train running. I have tried to reprogram the address for the 55025 to a higher number than 12 ie 13 to 16 or even top of the shop 124-128 but the point motor refuses to move Can you let me know how you have got on I see you the last post in 2014 was that it was going back to Hornby? even though it was LGB? and how have you got on since with the 55025 or the massoth one. Hope you can help. Roland
