LGB Transformer & controller questionon

Recently purchased used LGB 5006 &5007 (controller & transformer) Diagram with instruction sheet appears to show 5012 N (controller) supply power for a second train with just the one transformer. Since I can’t read the instructions written in German, I am seeking advice. Thanks

Both of these have an English language translation towards the bottom. Hope that helps.
