LGB used to make it.Does anyone know of a supplier of Nickel Silver rail that is the same cross-section as LGB brass rail?
I think the other LGB rail was Stainless Steel, highly expensive. Peco G45 250 is certainly N/S and they do a joiner to attach to LGB 332 rail that can be insulated or using the slips of metal for power connection.LGB used to make it.
You might pick it up second hand.
But it is rare.
Peco make code 250 which can be joined to code 332 LGB (other makes available) with their joiner adapters. Dunny can advise here....
Yes except for the very old stuff which in some but not all cases can bump along the chairs a little but run through the point frogs ok.Does the Peco track work with LGB rolling stock, bearing in mind LGB's substantial depth of flange?
This box does not weigh much and can not be plated brass
Are you *sure* it is nickel?I have a full yellow box of 1 foot LGB NICKEL track (12 pieces). This box does not weigh much and can not be plated brass!! This box has a similiar weight to just 2 pieces of the LGB 1 foot brass. Perhaps LGB changed how they made the 'nickel' track in later years??
