The 28447 (Green RhB Ge 4/4 II with rectangular head lamps) is a very welcome addition, and a few new numbers on RhB wagons is good too.

I think Maerklin are playing safe, minimising costly outlays for new moulds for new models. By reissuing old models with different colour schemes, but accurate for an alternative ‘epoch’ as well as reissuing rolling stock with new ‘numbers’ they maintain a continuing, income supportive demand as the current disruptions in terms of international trade continue to diminish available hobby spending cash among LGB fans. If normality returns later then we may see a couple of new models produced in late 2026.

Maerklin completely underwhelm me these days, ok interesting new liveries but when they did the Harz Railcar why did they do what they did? A full passenger version of similar to that design or the later ones would I would have thought been a much better seller.

The 20753 DR Steam Locomotive, Road Number 99 5001 looks nice apart from the price, so I'll stick with my two early 2075 Sprembergers, which together probably only cost me £180 at most.

Many of these models are hardly old. 21484's tooling debuted in 2021 and 23105's just last year.

I'm not sure what people are expecting really. LGB's been releasing existing models in different liveries over and over for 57 years now.

It's a quarterly leaflet, so it was unlikely to see much if any new tooling.

Nothing is a must have for me, but a few interesting items never the less.
