Hoping G-Gauge is as much fun. I intend to do a lot of 3D printing to make mostly my own locos and rolling stock. (see post in 3D printing section)
Aiming for battery powered radio controlled.
Have just purchase 56m of track (ouch, says wallet) and have plans for a simple oval.. for a start (but if you look at the videos, you will see that things have a tendency to get out of hand and expand ;-)
