Glendale junction 15th year

Just had an enjoyable time at Glendale's 15th year celebration all be it rather expensive as I could not resist purchasing a Train Line Mallet in green with Zimo sound. Just running it around some track indoors as it is wet and windy outside.The sound is great and it is a fine looking loco indeed so am very impressed with it although SWMBO is not so impressed with the pulsed smoke unit running indoors...does stink a bit.

Seriously, a good choice of loco - I've been very pleased with mine, and the Zimo sound decoder is excellent. One tip - before you run it outside and lose them in the undergrowth, put a drop of glue on the cab/tank side steps - they fall off very easily otherwise!

Glad their open day was good, hope the weather holds for them tomorrow too.
