Whilst rummaging in his drawers last week, grandpa found this......... he says he hasn't seen it for years...........
he used to get it out it and show us at Christmas and Birthdays................
unfortunately his old equipment no longer works so he let somebody fiddle with it and this is the result............

I love the video, brilliant in black and white .but is it possible to see a picture of the tram engine in colour as it has given me an idea ,did you say that it was a trunk not a draw?

What a superb piece of Film. What impressed me most was the nice believable slow steady running on all the clips.

Just out of interest I believe that it is possible in iMovie on the Mac to do the black and white old grainy thing too.

The Tram Loco 7 looks very similar to me to the PBSSR Railway Electric Locomotive for the line from Bedgellert that never got competed. I believe that at least 2 of these Locomotives were actually built for the ill fated line.

The loco is a freelance design, the germ of the idea was started when I picked up the bow collector at a show, shortly after I visited the transport museum in Lucerne where several small wooden electric locos were on show.
Its made from plywood and coffee stirrers on a USA trains motor block. She is a very smooth little runner and I am very pleased with the result.
