Construction Kit Crane/excavator

any one help in locating a crane or excavator kit, can be in any material but would be a kit that can be assembled, looked at varies model kit producers but can only find kits in the smaller gauges than ours.

Working drag line and working excavator at GSS meeting last month at Silihull. The layout was also at G-Rail, I cannot remember if last year or the year before. Fabulous pieces of kit.

I have bought from this company and have the backhoe version out on the layout...
They are diecast made by Spec-Cast and are 1:25 scale. Not cheap, but great models.

There were some ready made plastic 1/24 scale models produced in China that someone on here had managed to obtain around this time last year. He had a stand at Stafford, but I haven't seen anything further about them since then.
I bought three different types from him at the show - a bulldozer and two diggers.

Hi Mike, is the crane manual or R/C. at the price shown on the web site

The crane is diecast metal. It is fully working but is manually operated.
I am sure that there a few folk that visit this forum who could have a good go at RC-ing it!
