:timeout: i can not STRESS how imporant it is at this stage to check the motors sitting corredtly, you should be able to turn the front flanged wheels , which in turn, if the motors fitted correctly, turn the rear, flangless set......

next, i added some temp wires, and linked them to test the motor block, before i went any futher.....

after a satisfactury test, rebuild the entire block....
this is todays progress......

we need to figure out what each wire really dose, not wqhat we think... its very easy to get cocky, and over confident, best to check it out, cheaper too, at the cost off a fryed chip....as we are useing the egsisting wireing harness, colours mean NOTHING , a wire can be any colour, its what we do with it that matters......

theres a open circet check, basicly, turn the knobby thing till it s on the xk10(resitansce)setting(well on mne it is) connect the 2 probes, and touch them together, the meter should shoot across, means we have a ciurcet, and that means we can test wires out

i might use the wrong names, but i know what i mean

this is wear it pays off, gorden wants a on/offy switch installing, being a skinflint northern like what i am, im re useing the egsisting factoury fitted one, we need to figure out were to tap into the bord to re use the switch..... by placesing the probes on the switch, and around the defunkd bord, we can work out the ciurcets, basicly, play about till we get a reading on the meter

after testing the switch in veruise poistions, i found bottom off, middle on, useing these 2 terminals, so i soilder two wires on......

right, back to thouse small lighting bords at each end, we want to remove the lighting wires, this simply means traceing the wires from the bulbs to the bord, and removeing, it should leave u 3 still atched

white, green, brown

remember our new red wire, the motor feed wire we added, well, its going to atach to the small lighting bord, via a redudant pin.... because we multimetered it out, and found out that the pin is linked to the multiplug, in the middle..... so we can use it
