we should now have 3 wires spare, comming out off our chip..... sleave thes in heat shrink together..... the 24v+ is the common feed to both cab lights, jion 1 lead from each bulb to it....
remember the extra wires we added to the front/rear lights at the chip, well thes go to the respected bulbs, ie, front light wire, to front cab bulb lead, rear light wire, rear cab bulb lead, again soiled all jionts and dont forget the heat shrink cover
we have now done the wireing.......for the lights

now we can hot glue the speaker into postion, in the roof, it plugs into a socket on the chip, check the instruction manule for the chip, its clearly shows the correct socket... and theres only 1...

fit the inner cab bulkhead in plasce, they simplly slide in plasce....

i found it easyer to fit the loco chassy to the main boddy, on its side, as it helps keep the black bulkheads in plasce,.... after that, simplly screw back up.....

next we go and read the chip out, via the p.c interface..... if it reads sucsesfully....

we can start programming it.....

1st we need to re program the lighting voltage.... its C.V.50... its set at 32......we want to change this to 5... if we dont, it will blow all the bulbs..... if you carnt change cv 50, replasce all the bulbs with 24v versions....
then its testing...... we like testing

gorden,
Collected the crok yesterday.

There was a worrying few mins when it wouldn't work,

had something blown, was the chip faulty, wouldn't work on Mike's rolling road, nor on Lazy Grange Bay II. Ithink mike was getting concerned, but then we both figured it out, some one asked for an on/off switch in the rear cab, didn't I.
