Yes, it’s alive.Thank you all for your patience and sharing your knowledge.I actually learned how to do Quartering thanks to you all.As you can tell, I’m very thrilled. She started tonight by only going around my layout with the fan atop the loco. Then it appears that when she is on the move, the flame grows so much that I thought she would derail. also the wicks cannot go beyond the top of the 2 burners; it was too close for the flame to work correctly The instructions state they should be 9 MM above the burners. And wouldn’t you, after all this, I set up my phone to video tonrecord her First run and my phone was dead. So I will have a video within the next 2 hours. Again, thank you all very much.

One of the wheels to my eye has clearly slipped on the axle, a bit of a crude measure but the balance weights not helping I wonder if they were put on in the wrong place? Can you manage a good scan of the build instructions you have to help us understand better?
