Following a link from another thread, I found this. Having had a loco take a dive off a 6 inch high embankment, I'm not sure I'd want to run a train round the elevated section shown at 1'32!

Yep - I'd agree with you there! The wind could blow it over (as it used to do in the 12" to the foot world) ;D
 
If you look closely, there is a 'catch-fence' of two strands of wire on inverted shelf brackets..
 
Well I've been to Specsavers but didn't notice that!
 
My son swears by them - swears he'll never go there again!
