I'm still racing bikes - I've had a couple of third places against lads in their twenties.

I push my treader round for 30 - 45 minutes and that's my fitness done

I may well be mad, but I have a BMI of 23 and a VO2 Max of 58 (Elite level athlete).

I'm not one of the current folk in the 40 - 60 age bracket who do less than 10 minutes brisk walk a month......

Anyway, we are here for garden railways.
