Came upon this on Evilbay. I've never seen one. ?????

I've never seen one either!
I suspect that it is a lighting transformer....for Brawa or similar. The outputs are paralleled, so that 4 illuminated items can be attached. Using 3volt bulbs..rather than LGB 18!!!

Dolls house lighting transformer..
You can get 2-pin plugs which mate with the sockets on the transformer..
