WHAT BRAND IS THIS ?

??? I threw away the box for this signal years ago.
Can anyone tell me what brand it is?

I purchased this in Omaha NE in 2009.

I think its LifeLike - they did some crossing lights in G scale as well.

It looks like one of those "Model Power" ones Gavin, but I may be wrong.

I agree with Gordon

but it may also have been sold under the lifelike brand

;) Yep, that's it. Thought it was, from memory, but I ouldn't find it listed (currently) in Model Power's site.
Thanks guys. :) :) :)

Cross-porpoises Tony!

I think they are referring to the signal, not the loco??

;) ;)

BigJack had some of these on his layout, brought from Dragon I believe?

But they didn't fare too well outdoors....

Wrong again. >:(
Don't worry, I did exactly the same thing first thing this morning (I deleted my post when I re-read the question)!

;D That's why I have it covered with a bucket, with a brick on top, when the railway is shut down. I suspected that it wasn't to weatherproof, hence the precaution.

Ahh, but is that bucket made for NZ Conditions? If it isn't and it fails, the brick might damage your precious signal! [e]92[/e]

But, funnily enough, you are right. Messing about with my line over the past few days, I came across the terminal decline of plastic (storage) box. It has/had a snap on lid and housed a feeder connection.  When I unsnapped the lid (to plug in from my control panel), the box began to disintegrate as it had become extremely brittle! (Now has a temporary plastic bag covering the remains) :-[
