Completed some experimental weathering on an Aristocraft loco I got recently. I'm not at airbrush levels yet, but used a brushed metal acrylic paint from Folkflrt on the main parts of the body to give highlights to the "metallic" areas, as well as a black wash on the paint to give a more chipped appearance. Followed that with black and rust colored powders from Humbrol, weathering up the tender and cabin areas, as well as going what I could to the wheels without affecting the moving parts too much. I think the end result came out decent but I'm still learing as I go!
