A gentleman, a scholar, and a railway modeller....
Country flag
Looking for the above figures suitable for G scale, as I am a big fan!

In particular, any Wallace, Grommet, Wendolene, Shaun and Feathers McGraw.

Please contact via PM with price and postage if you can help....

Yeah Jon, I had a quick look at EvilBuy, but I wasn't sure of some of the descriptions like 'pencil tops' or 'salt and pepper shakers'.

Your advice for small PVC ones is very helpful.

I was wondering if the play house was any good for G scale....

I bought a set on evilbay quite cheap. I have them standing around a park on a portable layout. The kids love them.

Dizzy, I too am a fan of Wallace and Grommet. I have a few figures that I bought on Ebay a few years ago. I love the air they give my railway. Here Grommet is on duty.

Hi Gizzy

I have a bag full of them, slightly smaller scale, free if you want some

Wallace cleaning the windows whilst Wendolene looks on.image.jpeg Good luck with the hunt Gizzy. They are great figures.

If you find some on eBay that look like they might be about right, just ask the seller to confirm the figure heights for you - if they are ones that are between 2" and 3" or so, they'll look fine - especially as they are of course VERY caricatured!
For a load of other cartoon figures that are OK size-wise, take a look at the huge German-made (I think?) "Bullyland" range - lots of Disney, Warner Bros and other characters. Snetterton Models used to have the whole range before they closed down, but larger toyshops may have them along with the Schleich stuff.

Jon.
