Hello. I'm after a new or used massoth navi with rc. I have had a look this evening and can't find any in stock in the usual places. If anyone can advise the best place to buy one or have one they want to part with please pm me. Also will the Rc work with the lgb LGB 55055 if I plug it in the dimax port on my mts 3 box as I already own one and sick of the lgb controler failing.

Many thanks Rich

I'm sure that if Muns (Mark at Garden Rail Outlet) doesn't actually have one in, he can get you one pretty quickly.....
With an MTS3 setup you MAY have to have the Massoth RC receiver rather than the LGB one, but I'm not certain - someone else will be along any moment to confirm or correct! ;)

I do have a Blue wired one in stock and I can add the transmitter easily for the same price as the wireless one would be - if you go to the website and order the wireless one I will sort it for you.

Ok thanks for the replies. The Piko version seems quite good value. Muns do you know if the Massoth Navi works with the 55055? thanks Rich

One difference between the PIKO and Massoth (other than price) is that the PIKO does not have illuminated keys. Probably not necessary, but it's a nice extra on the Massoth.

I will have THREE to dispose of, IF I ever manage to connect with the person who wants me to dispose of his Massoth equipment. possibly depends how much of a hurry you are in?

So presumably the Piko version of the Navigator would also require a Piko wireless receiver, or will it talk to a Massoth one as well?
Will the Piko receiver work in the MTS3 Dimax port?

Jon.

The Piko Navigator is fine with MTS3 in all combinations...tethered, with Piko receiver or Massoth receiver.

Eric (aka Garadenbahner) asked me to test out Piko receiver with the MTS 3 system since he has long disposed of his MTS. As I would have said, the Piko or Massoth Navigator does not work with the LGB wireless receiver (as far as I'm concerned because they run on different frequencies). Thus Eric, you must either have hardwired things into the Navigator port, or used a Massoth/PIKO wireless receiver when you got yours to work.
