Tool question: cutting device

Got these 2 devices in Orlando when visiting with my x wife. She was made redundant for those duties back in 1994 so these little tools have been around for 3 times longer than her!

As you can see they both have a holding device, angles and were both extensively used when I built my Coffee Stirer Railcar. Not sure if they are still available State Side but well worth having if you manufacture a lot of small planky of wood parts.

Northwest Shortline still exists, although with a new owner. They may still offer them for sale. Try searching for them on the Internet, and inquire.
They are quite popular with modellers here in North America.
That black and red one shown in the second picture, could be easily adapted, if with nothing less than an eraceable mark, applied on the adjustable part...
 
I just did a search....yes they are still advertising them.....
 
I have one of the sanders, and I think it came from Micromark.

Wow what a resource, just what the doc ordered. Just look at what they supply.
Oh yes, EMA are the real deal -they have a huge stock of stuff we find interesting and they ship quickly too. Well, they did -who knows just now :(.
