For those who havent been following the story of the construction in the 'Pictures' section, this is the link to the short film we made of the planting, track laying and testing of the Pakefield Joint Railway during the summer of 2012.

It was our first attempt at filming in High Definition, so that was a learning curve as well. It was a great deal more involved than just getting an HD camera but the end result was worth the effort.

Before the home tracks were up and running we had 'running rights' on the Fundenhall Railway. This film was uploaded to YouTube five years ago to help raise the profile of 'the old G Scale Mad' forum. All the trains in the clip are still running with us, although the Big Boy hasnt yet been seen on our new tracks as she was under repair this summer.

I am pleased you liked them Clive.
I just remembered we had a later version to bring attention to the GSC, filmed in 2009 but with great shots of triple headed Diesels and live steamers ( I know it's showing off but a pair were not happy pulling the heavy Aluminium stock uphill! )
