Nerve racking day today. Two men were removing the scaffolding, and one of them had the most disinterested look on his face that I've ever seen. He stood on the ground and took parts of scaffolding from his collegue who was standing on the remaining scaffolding. He constantly came dangerously close, and at one point I saw him lower a piece of scaffolding onto the overhead wire. But somehow he didn't dislodge it; I did a visual inspection afterwards and couldn't tell which section of overhead it had been. So shoutout to LGB I guess.
Meanwhile, inside the house the upgrading works are still going on. After that, we want to make some changes to what goes where, including my workshop moving to a different room. All this means most of my rolling stock will continue to sit in boxes for at least another month. So no "train days" any time soon.
