Just wanted to share something I came up with recently to light my houses and village. They are simply just garden lights placed inside the houses and a few other locations around my village and come on every night when the sun goes down. I find it very convenient because it is a completely stand alone system and lights up the village even when I am not running my trains.

This appeared to be an appropriate place to show my latest building. This week Lidl have a selection of small buildings, not quite G and two are a little twee. But this Thatched one fitted the bill quite nicely in front of the Bar and Church.
