The third annual Playmobil exhibition was hekd at Kirkbean at the end of July this year. I took along a smaller version of the Seaport & Beachtown layout used at Knaresborough in February. The display area was 12' by 8', with the railway on a raised 8' by 8' central area. The fact that a round trip of nearly 400 miles was involved and that my wife also came this year meant that space was reduced in the car for rolling stock etc. The three days brought in a total fiure of £1500 - more than twice last year's figure - for the village hall.

Nice, effective, set-up - the beach scene is brilliant:thumbup:

Are the base boards 8x4? I presume you carry them on the roof rack. Looks good.

Great video, really liked the beach scene.

Thank you, Mick, very much appreciated. :)

I rely on the exhibition organiser for the baseboards. The village hall in Kirkbean has a good supply of them, largely if not entirely bought over the past three years for the Playmobil exhibitions (and paid for many times thereby).
